All software products have a finite amount of time the vendor will support them. We understand that due to business needs your organization may need to continue using a specific product past the manufacturer's end of life. TCIT will provide best-effort service for end-of-life software however due to increasing security concerns we strongly recommend upgrading to the latest supported version.
