This article is for the Outlook App known as Outlook (New) not Outlook Desktop/Classic.


To add a shared mailbox 

  1. Right click on either your primary account top level folder or on "Shared with me"
  2. Click "Add shared folder or mailbox" 
  3. The Add window will appear, type the name of the box or email address and click Add 
  4. The email box will now appear under the "Shared with me" folder list
